Well, the use of coaster is needed to be followed in the break room or anywhere in the office where you are consuming a beverage. And by chance, if there is a spill just get it cleaned by the office cleaner or put a napkin on it, as it will save your shirt from ruining and will soak the stain from the table. You have to understand the furniture at your office has the same life span as the furniture at your home has. So try to take care of it in a similar manner.

Next thing which comes up is, while talking on the phone don’t try to design your creativity on the table. It takes hours for the cleaner to clean it. It is a very small thing but if you will remember it then the carpet of your office won’t smell too bad. Half of the dust and dirt comes inside the office through dirty shoes and sleepers. Then after sitting on your workstation when the tea comes keep the cup on the coaster, it will prevent the chances of cup stains on the table.
